The manuscript is currently held in a modern archival paper folder measuring 305 mm x 215 mm.
Acc. 4 c I[1-7] are all held in an archival box measuring 320 mm x 230 mm x 75 mm
Written in the Faroe Islands in the nineteenth century.
The manuscript materials were part of V. U. Hammershaimb's private archive and were originally intended for Det kgl. nordiske Oldskriftselskab. They were given to the Arnamagnæan Collection following Hammershaimb's death in 1909.
