Written in one column with 36 lines per page.
A majuscule S, taking up three lines, is found on fol. 1v. Rubrics in red.
Fols 1-2 are considerably worn and difficult to read due to their former use as binding material. Furthermore fol. 1 has holes and tears, the outer corners are trimmed causing a loss of text of the outer half of the first 6 lines.
Written in a beautiful Icelandic Gothic bookhand.
Flourished initials in the size of 3 and 2 lines (3r and 3v, respectively). The initial on fol. 3r is extending down the page, the two initials on fol. 3v have small leaves.
Written in Iceland in the second half of the fourteenth century.
