The content concerns the introduction of a daily mass in the crypt of Lund Cathedral.

The initials are supplied with red strokes or are painted.
The opening initial on fol. 3r is very large and illuminated. The shaft is filled out with a trellis work with extending leaves and flowers.
Marginalia from different times.
A hand from the seventeenth century added the title Sanctuarium Birgerianum to the first flyleaf. At the end of the manuscript two attestations by archbishop Birger from 1518 and the papal legate Arcimboldus from 1519, respectively, are found.
On the lower pastedown a list and a description of different kinds of silver jewellery is found.
The original binding — a brown stamped leather binding with two clasps - is preserved.
The decoration bulit up as a frame. It appears as if each border is pressed individually. 1) three lines of various width 2) a ca 25 mm wide roll with vases and twisted columns 3) three borders similar to no 1.
The codex once had three cords, each with a separate seal, affixed to the bottom edge. Now only the holes are left. On the pastedown, opposite the three holes, Árni Magnússon noted the condition of the seals at that time.
