There are catchwords on fols 8v , 16v , 34v , and then every 8th page until fol. 330v , and on fols 197v , 325v , 346v , 354v , 359r , 389v and 398r .
The manuscript is written in long lines throughout with 27 to 34 lines per page.

Bound in a parchment binding: 324 mm x 225 mm x 88 mm . Árni Magnússon wrote two titles on the spine .
History
Written by Ásgeir Jónsson . As the source text, Flateyarbók , was a part of the group of manuscripts borrowed by Torfæus in Stangeland, Norway , at the end of the seventeenth century (around 1688-1699) , the manuscript was most possibly written there at that time.
