Parchment and paper.
Written by Mikkel Jenssøn.
The manuscript was written in Norway towards the end of the sixteenth century by the mayor of Bergen, Mikkel Jenssøn, as a supplement for the legal texts in AM 61 a 4to which he bought in 1579.
The only owners we know about are Mikkel Jenssøn and Frederik Gabel (1645-1708).
Árni Magnússon bought AM 61 a 4to containing these supplements at Gabel's auction in 1709.
