The manuscript is foliated in the top right-hand corners.
There are rubrics and chapter numbers in red. The initials are red, blue or green, and some are flourished with several colours.
The script on fols 8r-11v is very bleached and worn, but in places it has been touched up with a darker ink.
The manuscript contains several marginalia which are written in a younger hand.
The title ( Sverigs Lovbog ) is printed in gilt on the spine.
On fol. 97v a red and a black wax seal with the coat of arms of the Rantzau family is found.
The manuscript was written in Sweden c. 1400.
The name Sten Brahe occurs on fol. 1v in a sixteenth century hand, and fol. 97v has the coat of arms of the Rantzau family.
