Written in one column with 10 to 16 lines per page.
There is an AM-slip pasted in after the fly-leaf, written for Árni Magnússon, it reads: Frä Äse j Fell-|um þad gaf mier | Sira Biarne þar.
Uppruni og ferill
Written in Iceland c. 1500. It seems likely that the manuscript is a composite.
According to the information on the AM-slip in the manuscript, Árni Magnússon got the manuscript from Sr. Bjarni Einarsson junior from Ás in Múlasýsla, Eastern Iceland.
