Written in long lines except from fols 43v-44 that are in two columns.

A few leaves are trimmed at the bottom, a few other are severed horizontally. After f. 80 some leaves are cut out.

Written by Petrus Olai in an extraordinarily fine cursive hand. The script on fols 97-98 and 145 fols differs much from the rest.

Slips have been inserted: fols 24bis, 36bis, 39ter, 60, 61, 73, 102, 103, 108, 112, 116, 132-bis.

On f. 171v Anders Sørensen Vedel wrote: Dominus Petrus Olaj | olim familiæ Fran|ciſcanæ hunc librum ex Variis monu|mentis magno la|bore collegit ac mihj moriturus suj | Μνημοσυνον | reliquit.
