Written by various hands.
Fols 46r-63v, written in a separate hand, were once part of Thott 1763 4to in The Royal Library of Copenhagen.
In AM 435 a 4to, f. 144v, Árni Magnússon tells that this codex (called mutilus et confusus) has kominn fra Biarna Biarnaſyne i Arnarbæle, nockurn part 1699. og nockud sidan 1703.
From the content of the AM-slip it can be inferred that Árni Magnússon got fols 1-2 and 19-23 from Bjarni Bjarnason in 1703: Enn bokina hafde eg feinged nockrum ärum fyrr, af Jacob Lfberg, enn hann af Biarna Bianiaſyne, og hafa þä þesse bld hiä Biarna epter orded.
