Once written in two columns, now only the first 12 lines of the outer column are extant.

The leaf is reduced to the upper third of the outer column. The verso is worn due to its former use as binding material.

The fragment is written in Iceland in the second half of the fourteenth century ( Johnsen & Jón Helgason 1941965 and subsequently Stefán Karlsson 1967, 21 n. 14). Kålund's dating: the fourteenth century.
