1+2 and 3+4. Between ff. 1+2 and 3+4, three and two leaves are presumed missing, respectively.

The manuscript has been written in double columns with 32 lines to the column.

All of the leaves are damaged: the outer column of f. 1 is cut, together with a few lines starting with line 4. Fol. 2 is also trimmed with at least a third of the outer column, the most of line 5 missing. Fols. 3 and 4 have the first three lines cut out, the margins trimmed with a loss of a few letters at the outer sides of f. 3rb.

Initials in red or green. Rubrics in red.

The fragment is written in Iceland c. 1300.
