This fragment and AM 325 XI 3 4to are thought to belong to the same manuscript. The text in the two fragments and Flateyarbók are so closely related, that it is possible that Flateyarbók is copied from the original, to which the two fragments belonged. (see Louis-Jensen 1970158)

Written in one column lines with 22 lines to the page. The written area measures 140 mm x 96 mm.

Condition

The fragmet is so badly worn that reading is only made possible in uv-light.

The lower half of f. 1 is torn away. The leaves are considerably worn and blackened. Here and there some of the letters have been touched up.

Additions

Marginalia occur on ff. 1r and 2.

The manuscript is written in Iceland in the last half of the fourteenth century.
