Foliated 1-330 in red ink in the upper right-hand corners of the recto pages by Kålund.
Script

Written in a cursive hand.

Binding

Half-binding with leather spine and corners. The boards are covered in some very worn marbled paper. 327 mm x 224 mm x 77 mm.

The manuscript is in all probability bound shortly after the the manuscript was written. Along the outer edge of both the upper and lower boards, leather strips with vertical lines are found. These strips are also found at the corners and the folds where the boards are attached to the spine.

Kålund noted the date June 20, 1885 on the front pastedown.
