The text is divided into two parts. The second part starts on f. 64r with the rubric: Nú skal segia Af Enom | Heilaga Philippo. The text corresponds to Tveggia postola saga Philippus ok Jacobs I in Unger's Postola sögur, pp. s. 735-740, but the order of sagas is reversed.

There is a working foliation in pencil in the upper right-hand corner of each leaf.
The leaves are gathered in eighteen quires of mostly two conjoint leaves.

The manuscript is in good condition.

On the title page (f. 1r) two additions are found:
- Schaldemose | 1816
- foræret Skolebibliotheket af Adjunct Schaldemose.
There are also sparse marginal notes, which appear to be in the main scribe's hand.
The binding consists of cardboard boards covered with blue paper.
On the spine the title is written: Postula Saga
A provenance sticker affixed to the foot of spine reads: Nykjöbing Cath-Skole Bibliothek.
Uppruni og ferill
The manuscripts Acc. 51-62 belong to the collection of manuscripts Frederik Schaldemose bequeathed to Nykøbing Katedralskole. Most of them are Fredrik Schaldemose's transcriptions of Old Norse texts.
The Arnamagnæan Collection in Copenhagen acquired the manuscript from the school in April 2007 as a gift.
