The manuscript is written in long lines with rubrics and initials in red.
Fol. 1 has been cut crosswise. Fol. 2, the upper part of a leaf with 13 remaining lines, has been cut lengthwise. On fols 3 and 4, the lower parts of two leaves, 10 lines are remaining. Fol. 5, being the upper part of a leaf with 6 remaining lines, and fol. 6, the central part of a leaf with 7 remaining lines, have been cut lengthwise.
The fragments originate from one codex written in Denmark in the second half of the fifteenth century at one of the convents of Hundslund or Børglum.
The fragments were used as the cover for the Åstrup estate accounts (lensregnskab) 1630-32.
Handed over to the The Arnamagnæan Collection by The Danish National Archives (Rigsarkivet, Copenhagen).

Conserved and mounted in a cardboard cover at Birgitte Dalls Conservation work shop between January 1964 and November 1965.
