Limp binding. Laced parchment case with semi-yapp edges on the fore edge. The title on the spine reads: Flauii Lucii Dextri pars 2a.

The manuscript was in the possession of Cornelius Pedersen Lerche at the time of his death and is mentioned in the 1682 auction catalogue under quarto manuscripts as no. 5 (See Catalogus, p. 166).
