The lower part of the leaf and the upper right hand corner are excised.
Written in a skilled Icelandic Gothic bookhand. The hand is the same as in AM 325 VI 4to, fols 17ra:13-36v.
The manuscript is written in Iceland in the last quarter of the fourteenth century.
The only known owner of the leaf is Torfi Hallsson of Reykjafjörður who gave it to Árni Magnússon.
In the left margin of fol. 1v Árni Magnússon noted: Fra Torfa Hallzsyne i Reykjarfirde 1711 .
