Parchment.
The leaf is damaged in the inner margin and the upper half has been cut away.
The manuscript is written in double columns with 27 lines extant of the originally 41 lines. Traces of a rubric is found on f. 1r.
The leaf is written in a Gothic semi-cursive.
On f. 1r below the text Árni Magnússon has written: “Ur Olafs Sogu Tryggva sonar”.
History
The leaf is written in Iceland. Kristian Kålund has dated the leaf c. 1400., whereas Ólafur Halldórsson has dated it more precisely to the fourth quarter of the fourteenth century.
