Written in one column with 18-19 lines per page with the exception of ff. 35r-38r with 15-17 lines per page.

Rubrics in red. Occasional flourished decorations at the end of the columns.

The text area measures: 70 mm x 85 mm.

Lacunae occur after ff. 16, 19, 52, 54, 60, 64, 65, 66, 74, 80, 81, 82, 88, 94, 95 and 96; the toåp and bottom margins of ff. 19-20 are trimmed; ff. 95-96 are stained by red sealing wax and ff. 100-104 are crumbling slightly.

Red or green initials.

Polychrome, flourished initials in black, red and green.

Inhabited initials with human faces or beasts.

Numerous marginalia, most of them contemporaneous and expressing complaints about the scribal setting: the material, cold hands and various obstacles for writing down and reading the text of the manuscript. There are, however, also religious phrases and comments to what is happening in the scribe's life, e.g. nu hofu ver gudny baꝛízt ȷ morgín or Nu vıll eínar prestuꝛ lata raka ſína krunu
