Parchment.
The manuscript is paginated in the top margins, and foliated in the bottom right hand corners. Traces of an older foliation next to the new one are visible, and prove that the manuscript was once part of a larger codex.
Written in one column with 35 to 37 lines per page. Red rubrics and initials, some black initials.
The manuscript is defective. it begins and ends defective, and there are lacunae after fols 1, 2, 15 and 22. The margins, except the bottom margins, of most leaves have been excised or are otherwise damaged, sometimes with loss of text. Many of the bottom margins have been scraped off, but some marginalia are still visible. Fols 24 and 25 have tears, the outer bottom corner of fol. 29 has been torn away, and fols 34 and 34 are blackened and damaged. The script has been touched up with darker ink in some places.
The manuscript has for some time been bound in two booklets named A and B.
