The four fragment leaves are damaged in different ways.

Band

In Árni Magnússon’s time, the manuscript had another binding; this was replaced during restoration from November 1971 to January 1972. It was a half-binding with a leather spine and a cover of marbled paper. At that time, AM 80 a 8vo was bound together with AM 80 b 8vo, which is now transferred to Iceland.

On the previous cover Árni Magnússon wrote: Var liimet paa Ryggen af en bog.
