The leaf is damaged at the upper right hand corner, f. 1v is particularly damaged.
There are two AM-slips telling that the leaf once belonged to a codex from Örnundarfjörður, called Villa due to its illegibility.
The manuscript is written in Örnundarfjörður, Iceland in the second quarter of the thirteenth century ( Hreinn Benediktsson 1965 s. xxv ). Kålund's dating: The first half of the thirteenth century ( Katalog ).
