The manuscript contains the Provincial Law of Skåne (Skånske lov), the Church Law of Skåne (Skånske kirkeret) as well as a fragment of a literary text, a Danish translation of Contentio inter animam et corpus, that is not contemporary with the law texts.

The first and the last leaves are stained, probably because of the use of reagents. After fol. 43v there is a lacuna (one leaf) and on fol. 1r the text is almost illegible.

The rubrics are red, and the illuminated initials are red and green.

The manuscript was written in Denmark in c. 1350.
