Condition

The leaves are difficult to read because of wear and therefore the writing subsequently has been touched up at several places.

Layout

The manuscript is written in long lines. There are 31 lines on ff. 1r and 2r, 29 lines on f. 1v and 28 lines on f. 2v.

Additions

Jón Ólafsson has written the following marginal notes on fol 1r: “B” and “Folium Historicum Membraneacenum prius”.

Accompanying Material

An AM-slip that has been cut out of the former cover, om which Árni Magnússon wrote the following: “Ex Miraculis Sancti Olavi”.

The leaves are written in Iceland c. 1250.

During the conservation 23.09.1963.-15.01.1963 the leaves were set on meeting guards and put in a cover.
