f.1 has holes and only the upper half of f. 2 is preserved.
Written in double columns.
Bound in a grey cardboard cover.
On the AM-slip Árni Magnússon says that the got f. 2 from “Monsr Gudmundi Steinssyni, Skolameistara ä Holum 1721”.
History
The manuscript is written in Iceland. Kristian Kålund has dated it to the fourteenth century (Katalog over Den Arnamagnæanske Håndskriftsamling), whereas Kirsten Wolf (pers. 1987) has dated it more precisely to the first half of the fourteenth century.
On the AM-slip Árni Magnússon writes that he got the fragmentary f. 2 in 1721 from Guðmundur Steinsson, Schoolmaster of Hólar.
